Our Master Cheesemaker, lover of buffalo cheeses, created this jewel. A pleasant balance between a paste that melts evenly and the taste of milk. Fondibufala develops all its aromas of mountain pastures when heated. Soft and creamy dough with a thin rind, unique and characteristic taste, rich in aromas. A simple and refined recipe for a moment of pleasure to share!
