Good milk is always the basis for good cheese. This camembert is produced with milk from sheep that graze among green hills, pure and uncontaminated air, finding a healthy, rich and natural diet. Despite the innovations made available by modern technology, the traditional manufacturing process has been kept unchanged. The use of sheep's milk gives the cheese a creamy texture with a pearly white paste. The taste is delicate, the white and velvety crust gives it an inviting appearance and a pleasant flavor.
